The unique landscape of the Burren is home to the Cliffs of Moher and internationally famous for its unique flora. Learn about the Winterage, a traditional method of farming dating back hundreds of years. Meet the goats that give the milk for award-winning cheeses. Be smitten by the working sheep dogs and discover what grikes and erratics are by the end of the day!

Itinerary

Pick Up and Drop Off

  • Pick Up: At your accommodation or agreed meeting point
  • Drop Off: Usually the same location as pick up unless agreed in advance

What to Bring

  • Please dress for the Irish weather.
  • Waterproof footwear is recommended for farm visits.

What’s Included

  • Guide for the duration of the tour.
  • All entrance fees, meals and tastings as set out.

What’s Not Included

  • Transport is required and not provided.

Additional Information

  • Tours are for groups of 2-14 people.
  • Minimum charge is for four guests.
  • Tours run in all weathers except during Orange or Red Weather Warnings.
  • Dietary requirements must be notified at booking.
  • Children are welcome and offered child-friendly drinks and tastings.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with a minimum of 14 days’ notice before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full.

If the number of guests attending the tour is fewer than originally booked, no partial refund will be given unless Fable Tours is notified at least seven days in advance.

Customers will receive a full refund if a tour is cancelled due to weather warnings.
