Guests are invited to slow down and immerse themselves in the beauty of the Irish landscape on this exclusive two-and-a-half-hour guided wild walk. In the company of an expert host, discover a tapestry of native plants and blossoms, each revealed through culinary notes, healing traditions, and Irish folklore.

This is a learning journey rather than a foraging expedition: delicately curated tastings enhance the experience, but nothing is gathered or taken away. The emphasis is on connection — with the land, heritage, and timeless natural knowledge. The walks can be land or shore to taste seaweed and coastal plants.
